Intro to Self-Love Perspective

During this week of journaling, you will focus on you and your thoughts. Sometimes life is so busy that we don’t have time for ourselves, preventing us from seeing how awesome we are.

So, this week we will cover the following:

1) You will look yourself in the eyes with love and acceptance

2) You will affirm yourself in 12 or more ways this week

3) You will learn to focus on your breathing

4) You will learn how to clear your thoughts

5) You have identified things that you may need to work on

6) You have learned to journal and release the negative chatter from head

7) You have learned how to forgive others

***Apply all you learned this week to your everyday and continue to grow into the true you***

These are just a few tips to get you started until you are comfortable with flowing with yourself.
